This is a specialised five week course which is great fun for mother and baby to enjoy together. Baby can come from six weeks to before they can crawl.

The class usually commences with Baby Yoga, a wonderful way to connect and bond. Your touch and eye contact helps to connect at a deep nurturing level with your baby. It enhances communication. Babies soon build trust which creates self-esteem, even at this early stage. Fun exercises, music and songs are used.

We then move on to Baby Massage. The simple massage techniques:
- promote positive physical contact.
- improve circulation and boost the immune system.
- help to regulate breathing.
- can improve sleeping and can help relieve colic, constipation and other little ailments that your baby may have.

We finish with postnatal yoga for you. The exercises help to strengthen pelvic floor and back muscles, re-align posture, and increase circulation to aid healing. We include breathing techniques and relaxation to renew lost energy.
The classes are very much in the 'here and now', relaxed time to 'just be'. Laughter and smiles are plentiful, and your pace is dictated by you and your baby; changing nappies, feeding or just resting together as you need to.
